• Salary: 70,000 GBP - 85,000 GBP per annum (Dependent on experience) + Benefits

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Halo ITSM Consultant to join a global leader in IT Service Management. In this client-facing role, you will take ownership of the full consultancy lifecyclefrom discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and continual service improvement.

You will translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient HaloITSM solutions that elevate operational performance, user experience, and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultancy & Solution Design: Lead client discovery workshops, advise on ITSM best practices and automation opportunities, and produce clear technical documentation and solution designs.
• Configuration & Implementation: Configure HaloITSM workflows, service catalogues, SLAs, forms, roles, permissions, and dashboards. Support third-party integrations and data migrations.
• Delivery & Training: Oversee testing phases (UAT, defect resolution), manage project risks/deliverables, and deliver comprehensive administrator and end-user training.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with project teams, technical specialists, and client stakeholders to maintain high-quality delivery standards.

Experience & Skills Required

• Proven hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting HaloITSM in enterprise or client-facing environments.
• Strong working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ITIL principles.
• Practical expertise with workflows, service catalogues, automation, reporting, and integrations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Desirable: HaloITSM certifications, ITIL certifications, and a relevant degree (or equivalent professional experience).
