Role Description The Merchandiser role at Naukripay group is a full-time remote position focused on planning, presenting, and optimizing product assortments to support sales and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with sales and marketing teams to understand product priorities, analyzing inventory and sales data, and recommending product placement and promotions. The Merchandiser will collaborate with retail partners or internal stakeholders to ensure accurate product listings, visual merchandising standards, and timely updates to catalogs or online platforms. The role involves tracking market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine merchandising strategies and improve product performance. The Merchandiser is expected to maintain clear documentation, communicate regularly with cross-functional teams, and support the implementation of merchandising plans that align with client or organizational goals.

• Relevant experience in merchandising, retail operations, or sales support is beneficial; familiarity with e-commerce platforms or digital catalogs is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines reliably.
• Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, communication platforms); comfort learning new systems as needed.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
