We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst to help implement, operationalize, and continuously improve ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management within the Endpoint Services team. This role will serve as the functional subject matter expert and operational owner for HAM processes, data, controls, reporting, and lifecycle performance. The successful candidate will translate business and operational requirements into scalable ServiceNow HAM processes; support implementation, data readiness, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-production stabilization; maintain accurate asset records; improve inventory visibility; support audits; optimize asset utilization; and drive measurable process improvements. This role partners closely with Endpoint Engineering, Field IT, the ServiceNow platform team, Procurement, Finance, Security, Configuration Management, and vendors to ensure hardware assets are managed consistently, securely, and cost-effectively.

Endpoint Lifecycle & Refresh Planning

  • Partner with Endpoint Engineering and Field IT to support device standards, lifecycle programs, operational readiness, and field execution.
  • Own refresh planning inputs by monitoring asset age, warranty status, supportability, condition, utilization, business criticality, and lifecycle risk.
  • Develop refresh forecasts and prioritized replacement plans in partnership with technology, business, Procurement, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely onboarding, deployment, refresh, redeployment, recovery, and retirement of hardware assets.
