[HCM/HN/DN] Senior Fullstack Engineer (.NET & React)

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable, high-performance applications using C#/.NET 8, React, TypeScript, EF Core, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop robust REST APIs, business workflows, and multi-tenant solutions with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and data integrity.
• Apply Clean Architecture and solid engineering principles to build maintainable, scalable software.
• Build secure and reliable features, including authentication, authorization, transactional workflows, and idempotent APIs.
• Develop modern, responsive frontend experiences using React and TypeScript.
• Champion TDD and automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality features from design through production.
• Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET, with strong experience building production-grade REST APIs.
• 3+ years of experience with TypeScript and React, including React Hooks and modern state/data management.
• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, software design principles, and relational databases.
• Solid experience with EF Core and PostgreSQL or SQL Server, including transactions and data integrity.
• Strong testing mindset and hands-on experience with xUnit, NSubstitute, or Moq.
• Good understanding of API security, including JWT, claims, CORS, and secure token handling.
• Experience with Docker/Docker Compose and modern development practices.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Zustand, or React Hook Form is a plus.
• Experience with AWS, LLM/AI integration, or aged-care/healthcare products is a plus.
• A strong sense of ownership, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.
