To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a Backend Engineer (Senior | TL) with a strong product mindset to help build and scale our web and mobile applications.

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services for our core digital mental health platform.
- Apply a strong product mindset—focusing not just on code quality, but on delivering real, end-to-end value to our users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into resilient technical architectures.
- Take ownership of backend feature delivery from concept to deployment in a cloud-native ecosystem.
What you have
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer.
- Core Tech Stack: Strong technical proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Ecosystem, and GraphQL.
- Databases & Cloud: Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and microservices architecture deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud environments.
- Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) to thrive in an international team setup.
- Mindset: Proactive, independent, and user-focused, with a strong work ethic and a drive to go the extra mile to build high-impact products.
