Head Finance & Accounting, Managing Director Luxemburg (w/m/d) Pensum: 80–100% Gestalte mit uns die Finanz- und Governance-Prozesse eines internationalen Energieunternehmens. In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst Du Verantwortung, arbeitest eng mit internationalen Teams zusammen und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Standorts in Luxemburg bei. Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten Du verantwortest die Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Monats-, Halbjahres- und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS und lokaler Rechnungslegung inkl. Reporting in Tagetik und arbeitest dabei operativ und hands-on mit Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung der Finance-Prozesse aktiv voran und entwickelst innovative Lösungen zur Automatisierung und Vereinfachung bestehender Abläufe Du steuerst Treasury- und Liquiditätsprozesse, koordinierst Finanzierungen und überwachst Cash-Pool-Strukturen in Absprache mit dem Group Treasury Du koordinierst steuerliche Themen gemeinsam mit Group Tax und externen Partnern sowie die Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben Du führst, entwickelst und unterstützt das lokale Finance-Team (5 Mitarbeiter) und schaffst ein Umfeld, das Eigenverantwortung, Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung fördert Du repräsentierst die Gesellschaft gegenüber Verwaltungsrat, Behörden, Banken und weiteren Stakeholdern Profil & Anforderungen Du hast eine höhere Ausbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie in einer Führungsfunktion mit Du verfügst über fundierte IFRS-Kenntnisse Du bringst Erfahrung in der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen sowie Freude an Veränderungs- und Transformationsprojekten mit Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und kommunizierst sicher mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen Idealerweise kennst Du Dich mit Business Central sowie mit Steuer- und Treasury-Themen aus Du kommunizierst fliessend auf Deutsch und Englisch Über das Team Unser internationales Team arbeitet eng zusammen, unterstützt sich gegenseitig und schätzt unterschiedliche Perspektiven.
