Your Role

In this position, you won't be stuck entering numbers. You’ll take on a broad role with responsibility across accounting, automation, and team development:

• Responsibility for our clients' bookkeeping
• Supporting process automation – and communicating requirements and requests to the development team
• Contributing to team building, recruiting, and training new accountants
• Opportunity for leadership responsibility, if desired – not mandatory
• Shared responsibility for the financial success of our Swiss entity

We're Looking for You if

• You hold the Swiss federal diploma as a Certified Fiduciary Expert (or are working toward it) and bring several years of bookkeeping experience
• Alternatively, you hold the Swiss federal diploma as a Certified Public Accountant
• You're happy to leave manual bookkeeping behind, but get excited about automation, technology, and new tools
• You communicate fluently in both German and English, internally and with clients
• You ideally understand the bookkeeping of financial-sector organizations
• You have a basic understanding of payroll accounting
• You're interested in growth and development, and enjoy finding smarter ways of doing things
