Wild & Organic is looking for an experienced Head of Amazon to take full ownership of our Amazon business across multiple brands, including Wild & Organic and Forever Puppy.

This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for the Amazon channel — including revenue growth, profitability, sales strategy, advertising performance, inventory health, operations, compliance, account health, new product launches, team performance, and process excellence.

You will lead both the Sales & Growth and Amazon Operations functions and will be ultimately accountable for the overall performance and health of the Amazon business.

We are not looking for a leader who owns only the commercial side of Amazon.

The Head of Amazon is expected to understand how Sales, PPC, SEO, Content, Inventory, Production, Logistics, Compliance, and Account Operations work together and to ensure that all of these functions operate as one coordinated Amazon business.

🟢Required Amazon Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Amazon experience, with significant experience managing Amazon Seller Central businesses.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing an Amazon team or marketplace function.
• Experience managing large Amazon accounts with 150+ active SKUs/products.
• Experience managing multiple brands, large catalogs, or complex Amazon operations.
• Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong understanding of Amazon sales, SEO, listings, content, PPC, inventory, FBA, FBM, Account Health, and compliance.
• Proven experience managing Amazon revenue and profitability.
• Experience building sales forecasts and working with inventory/replenishment planning.
• Experience working with Production, warehouses, 3PLs, and logistics.
• Experience managing Amazon new-product launches.
• Experience with Seller Support, listing restrictions, suppressions, and operational troubleshooting.
• Experience establishing KPIs, processes, and SOPs.
• Experience managing and developing Amazon employees and/or contractors.
