Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Agentic AI Platform Architect to design, develop, and lead the technical architecture of enterprise-scale Agentic AI platforms.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software architecture, distributed systems, LLM orchestration, multi-agent frameworks, and production-grade AI/ML platforms.
This is a hands-on architecture leadership role requiring expertise in designing scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performance AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical architecture for enterprise Agentic AI platforms and multi-agent orchestration systems.
- Design and implement LLM integration pipelines, tool-use frameworks, and intelligent agent workflows.
- Establish architectural standards for agent reliability, observability, security, and guardrails.
- Lead technical design reviews and develop Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
- Design scalable distributed systems using microservices, event-driven architecture, and REST/gRPC APIs.
- Evaluate and integrate Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and AutoGen.
- Collaborate with ML engineers, software developers, and platform teams to build production-ready AI solutions.
- Define API contracts, integration standards, and data flow architectures.
- Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, fault tolerance, and graceful degradation.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance on AI architecture best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, including at least 3 years designing AI/ML platforms.
- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade Agentic AI systems or LLM-powered applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and event-driven design patterns.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, along with at least one additional programming language: Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, gRPC, API integrations, and system design.
- Practical experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, AI tool calling, and multi-agent workflows.
- Experience establishing agent monitoring, observability, evaluation, and reliability mechanisms.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- MLOps / LLMOps tools and deployment pipelines.
- Vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
- Knowledge graphs and advanced retrieval architectures.
- Multi-agent system design patterns and agent evaluation frameworks.
- Experience working in the airline, aviation, or travel industry.
- TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a seasoned technical architect who has successfully delivered Agentic AI solutions in production environments, beyond proof-of-concept implementations.
The ideal candidate should be able to architect complex multi-agent systems, evaluate LLM routing strategies, implement hands-on solutions, and ensure enterprise-level reliability and scalability.
Strong architectural decision-making, technical leadership, and the ability to guide engineering teams are essential.
