We're hiring: Head of BIM Practice & Solutions

📍 [Remote] | Full-time | 10 to 15 years

SuperDNA 3D Lab delivers BIM and digital twin services to construction and infrastructure clients in the US and Europe. We work across Bentley and Autodesk, and we're now building a dedicated BIM practice. We're looking for an experienced BIM leader to shape it with us.

What you will do:

• Shape our BIM service offerings and how we take them to market
• Understand client challenges and design the right BIM solution for them
• Lead technical scoping, BIM Execution Plans, and solution proposals
• Set the direction on standards, workflows, and tools
• Guide the team on complex projects and client discussions
• Help build our 4D sequencing capability (SYNCHRO)

What you bring:

• 10 to 15 years in BIM, including senior or leadership roles
• Experience working directly with international clients
• Strong grounding in ISO 19650, BEPs, and BIM workflows
• Comfort in both technical depth and client conversations
• A track record of building or shaping a BIM service, process, or team

SYNCHRO, Bentley tools, or digital twin experience is a plus.
