Apply Now! Job Description Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of AWS Cloud Business Unit. In this hybrid role based in Cairo, you will be responsible for overseeing AWS cloud services, managing daily operations, developing strategic business plans, and leading a team of professionals. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing cloud strategies, driving customer engagement, managing financial performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The position offers flexibility to work from home, providing a balanced mix of in-office and remote activities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage AWS cloud services and related operations. Develop and implement comprehensive cloud strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Drive customer engagement initiatives and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and cost optimization. Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to drive growth. Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service standards. Requirements Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems. Proven experience in finance and budget management. Demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities. Excellent customer service skills. Strong sales skills and experience in business development. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Experience in the cloud industry, particularly with AWS, is a plus.
