The Head of Commercial Credit will oversee the overall quality and administration of the commercial loan portfolio, including credit policy development, complex credit review, portfolio risk management, and underwriting consistency. This individual will provide leadership and mentorship to underwriting and credit staff while partnering closely with commercial lending teams to balance loan growth with sound credit quality and regulatory compliance.
