We've set the standard in kids entertainment.
Come help us raise it.
We're Lingokids, the #1 entertainment platform for young kids. Most kids content is designed to capture attention. We create experiences little ones genuinely love.
Everything we make is created in-house to be seriously fun, with the good stuff built in from the very beginning. We're KidSAFE certified, completely ad-free, and committed to giving families entertainment they can trust, with no compromise. Ever.
20 million kids come back to us every single month, and we've earned more than 50 awards along the way. Now we're going after something bigger: becoming the go-to entertainment destination for kids everywhere, and changing what content looks like for the generation growing up on it.
You in? Keep on reading.
What you’ll do
Our Studios create the games and content kids love. This role decides what that content has to achieve, and makes sure it does.
You're the data-driven counterpart to our creative leadership. They own how we make it. You own what we make, what we double down on, what we kill, and what success looks like.
Nobody will ask you to tell us what the data says. You'll be asked to go get the answer, yourself or through our analysts, and turn it into a decision you're accountable for.
Run the content portfolio. Decide which games and content we greenlight, extend, double down on or retire, based on how much they contribute to paid subscriber retention.
Set success criteria for new content. Define the targets a new game has to hit before launch and at every review after: early engagement, repeat play, retention of engaged users. "Shipped" is not a success metric.
Own content's contribution to paid retention. It's your team's primary KPI. You define the leading indicators and defend them.
Lead release and live-ops. Own the weekly release cadence and the content calendar: when we ship, how we package, slice and sequence content, and who sees what, when. Our Content LiveOps Manager reports to you.
Keep experiments running. Build a steady pipeline of tests on launch, packaging and surfacing, with clear rules on what's worth shipping.
Shape how the app presents content. Work with Product and Design on in-app surfaces, discovery and features so the content we make gets found and played. With our Director of Personalization, you define what recommendations need to achieve for content. They own the engine.
Tell the content performance story. Give leadership a clear view of what content is delivering and what we do next.
Where the role sits
Reports to the VP of Studios. Peer to creative and production leadership in Studios.
Main internal customer of the Product/Content & Engagement analytics team in Business Performance. Business Performance owns company-level metric definitions and the value-of-content measurement. You build on them, you don't duplicate them.
Works with Growth on shared in-app surfaces, owning the Studios side.
What you’ll bring
You've owned game or content performance as the accountable PM, GM or live-ops lead in a games business. A KPI you delivered, not one you reported.
You've made greenlight, scale and kill calls based on data, and can walk us through the ones you got wrong.
Fluent in retention curves, cohorts, engagement and session metrics, renewal. You know what moves them, and you tell signal from noise.
Hands-on enough to get your own answers (SQL, Amplitude or equivalent), and you know how to brief analysts to get the rest.
You've run a release cadence, content calendar or live-events pipeline.
Commercial, not creative. You respect creative work and push it with targets, not taste.
You've led a small team and built a function from a partial starting point.
English is a must: We’re a multicultural team providing a service in English, so while certifications aren’t necessary, fluency is essential. As a fully remote company, clear and effective spoken and written communication, especially in asynchronous and long-form formats, is key to collaborating successfully.
