Head of Creative Performance - DTC Beauty & Wellness (US/Remote)

About the Client Our client is a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand in the women’s health and wellness industry. The company offers natural wellness products and operates through Shopify with a subscription-based model. About the Role We are looking for a data-driven Head of Creative Performance with experience creating high-performing paid social concepts for DTC e-commerce brands. You will turn customer insights, market research, and performance data into compelling advertising concepts that drive customer acquisition and subscription growth. Key Responsibilities Develop creative strategies for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels. Research customers, competitors, trends, pain points, and buying motivations. Create concepts, hooks, messaging angles, scripts, and storyboards. Prepare clear briefs for video editors, designers, and UGC creators. Build and manage structured creative testing plans. Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS, and video retention. Identify winning ads and develop new iterations to scale performance. Collaborate with media buyers and the creative production team. Organize creative tests, results, and key learnings. Ensure messaging follows brand and advertising guidelines. Requirements Proven experience as a Head of Creative Performance e-commerce brands. Strong knowledge of direct-response advertising and performance creative. Experience developing paid social creatives for Meta and TikTok. Ability to turn research and performance data into actionable concepts. Experience writing hooks, scripts, ad copy, and creative briefs. Understanding of UGC, testimonials, problem-solution ads, product demonstrations, and educational formats. Knowledge of e-commerce funnels and customer acquisition. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Portfolio or examples of ads that generated measurable results. Nice to Have Experience in women’s health, wellness, supplements, beauty, or personal care. Experience with Shopify and subscription-based brands.
