Job Description Head of Data Analytics Your Tasks Functional and disciplinary leadership of the central data analytics team Design and establishment of a modular, scalable pricing service landscape Responsibility for the further development of the central pricing and analytics dataset in close collaboration with the central data platform team and actuarial pricing teams Continuous enhancement of the pricing and analytics platform with a focus on professionalization, scalability, and standardization Ongoing enhancement and development of data analytics solutions Central interface function between business units, actuarial pricing teams, and IT (e.g. central data platform team) Your Profile Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a strong affinity for technology and data-driven solutions Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams of experts in a complex, international environment Deep knowledge and experience in software development, ideally in building and operating pricing services, or analytics environments Excellent communication and alignment skills across business, actuarial, and IT stakeholders Strategic and visionary thinking to develop and drive long-term goals in a technology - and service-oriented environment Analytical, and execution-driven mindset with strong ownership and entrepreneurial thinking Very good English language skills, both written and spoken, and a strong interest in working in an international environment Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
