We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Data & Analytics to lead our data function and drive the organization's data-driven decision-making capabilities. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the enterprise data strategy, overseeing analytics and business intelligence initiatives, ensuring data governance and quality, and building a high-performing team of data professionals.

The Head of Data,Analytics &Integration will partner closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights that support growth, operational excellence, and innovation.

The role operate within a complex context of over 100 different business applications and matrix organizational structure.

Data Strategy & Leadership

· Develop and implement a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.

· Establish a long-term vision for data management, analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.

· Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on data opportunities, risks, and investments.

· Foster a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision making across the organization.

Analytics & Business Intelligence

· Lead the delivery of actionable insights through reporting, dashboards, predictive analytics, and advanced analytical solutions.

· Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence platforms and self-service analytics capabilities.

· Identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers to support strategic and operational decisions.

· Collaborate with business leaders to define KPIs and performance measurement frameworks. Team Leadership & Development

· Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, data engineers, BI developers, and data scientists.

· Establish clear objectives, performance expectations, and development plans for team members.

· Promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the data function.

· Manage departmental budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships.

Integrations

· Lead modernization of legacy integration platforms and processes, creating a future-ready integration ecosystem that improves

agility, scalability, and operational efficiency.

· Partner with business, technology, and external stakeholders to deliver robust customer, supplier, and partner integrations that

enhance digital experiences and accelerate business value realization.

· Establish a comprehensive integration strategy, governance framework, and architecture roadmap to ensure secure, standardized,

and high-performing data and application integrations across the enterprise.

Stakeholder Management

· Collaborate with senior leaders across all business functions to understand priorities and deliver analytical solutions.

· Translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.

· Influence strategic decision-making through evidence-based insights and storytelling.

Education, Qualifications and Experience

· Degree in relevant field

· Experience leading data transformation or digital transformation initiatives

· Knowledge of machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics techniques

· Relevant professional certification in data management, analytics and cloud platforms

· 2nd foreign language advantageous
