Head of Delivery and Marketing Operations

We're hiring a Head of Delivery and Marketing Operations at Macedo Marketing.

This role is for someone who thinks in systems, builds processes that actually hold, and takes accountability for outcomes across the entire agency.

Who we are

Macedo Marketing is a performance agency running paid ads and creative for ambitious eCommerce and digital product brands in tier-one markets. We're a small, remote-first team with high standards, an AI-first working culture, and a track record of results for 7 and 8 figure brands. We don't do corporate layers or slow processes. We build, test, and iterate fast.

What you'll own:

• Team management across Account Managers, Creative Strategists, and Media Buyers
• ClickUp as the single source of truth (SOPs, delivery tracking, accountability)
• Client delivery quality across every account
• AI and automation adoption across the team
• Hiring recommendations before capacity breaks

You're the right fit if:

• You have 3+ years in operations at an agency or service business
• You've managed 5+ direct reports with full accountability for results
• You build systems once and they work without constant oversight
• You're data-driven and detail-oriented, but you don't get paralysed by it
• You're actively using AI tools in your current workflow
