Head of Design

We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies in the MENA region who are hiring a Head of Research & Design to lead their Research & Design function, shaping how AI is embedded across their products and customer experience.

About the Role:

• Lead the Research & Design team, setting the direction while remaining hands-on.

• Own the end-to-end product experience across complex buyer and seller journeys.

• Lead agentic experience design, including how AI agents behave, interact with users and build trust.

• Build and evolve AI-native design systems designed for AI generation.

• Lead customer, market and industry research to help shape product direction.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience building AI-powered or agentic products- this is essential.

• Demonstrable examples of products, prototypes or agents you personally helped build.

• Strong portfolio of commercially shipped products used by real customers.

• Experience leading both Product Design and User Research, while remaining hands-on.

• Strong practical AI knowledge across research, prototyping and design.

• Experience managing/ leading Design and Research teams and working closely with Product and Engineering.

• E-commerce experience strongly preferred.

Additional Information:

• Salary: 40K AED – 45K AED per month (TAX FREE).

• Hybrid role, with 1-2 months of fully remote work from anywhere Globally a year.

• Reporting to the VP Product.

• 4-stage interview process.

• Relocation support for candidates outside the UAE.

• This position is based in Dubai, UAE and would require full relocation if you are not currently based here.
