Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a highly motivated Head of DevOps to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features.
• Ensure software applications adhere to strict performance and security standards.
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.
• Maintain and optimize critical IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• High-level proficiency with Git, Jira, AWS/Azure, and relevant tech stacks.
• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and technical frameworks.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
