Head of Digital | Hybrid | Sydney | Full Time

Jampacked is a content-led growth marketing agency working with beauty, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA.

DTC is our speciality, and our clients work with us for growth and creative. We're a team of nine, and we're looking for a Head of Digital to lead our paid and email team and own performance across every account.

The role

This is a hands-on leadership role, and paid is at the heart of it. You'll direct paid strategy across Meta and Google for all of our clients, and you'll be the person the team and our clients look to on how we spend, test and scale. You'll lead our paid specialists, help each of them grow, and make sure we deliver results. You'll report to our Director, Jarrah, and be the first escalation point on budget and scaling and performance-based decisions.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Setting and owning paid strategy across Meta and Google for every account
• Leading, coaching and developing the paid, email and design team
• Building strong relationships with our clients as a senior point of contact
• Keeping budgets, results and KPIs on track across the roster, and stepping in early when something's off
• Running seasonal planning across paid and email
• Improving the systems and processes that keep the team running well

What you'll bring

• Four or more years of experience in paid ads
• An agency background
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Meta and Google Ads

You'll also be someone people want to work for. You know how to bring a team with you, give honest feedback, and make the people around you better at what they do.

The package

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Alexandria office, paying $110,000 to $130,000 plus super, with optional equity that earns in at 12 months.
