What you are going to do As Head of the Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence, you will lead a team of digital marketing experts and work closely with business units across NN's international markets to strengthen capabilities, improve performance and scale best practices. Lead and develop the Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence, setting priorities and ensuring effective collaboration across digital marketing disciplines Support international business units in improving their digital marketing capabilities through strategic guidance, coaching and hands-on expertise Define and optimise the international MarTech landscape, supporting tool selection, implementation, governance and adoption across markets Initiate and lead international digital marketing programmes, pilots and innovation initiatives, turning successful experiments into scalable solutions Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitate international workshops and drive alignment across countries, teams and functions What we offer you NN invests in an inclusive, inspiring work environment and in skills and competences for the future. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the NN International countries participating in this workstream. Who you are You are a commercially minded digital marketing leader who knows how to combine strategic thinking with practical execution. You thrive in an international environment and enjoy bringing people, technology and business objectives together. Extensive experience in digital marketing leadership, covering areas such as lead generation, performance marketing, content, analytics, marketing automation and AI-driven opportunities Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams of specialists and creating an environment that enables collaboration and high performance Strong knowledge of the MarTech ecosystem and experience driving technology adoption and business value at scale You are a Digital Marketing passionate who always searches how processes can be improved with new technology, data & AI Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change and alignment without relying on formal authority Who you will work with You will report to the Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Central Business Owner and lead a team of six direct reports within the Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence. The team consists of experienced digital marketing specialists across disciplines such as performance marketing, content, lead generation, analytics, marketing automation, SEO, AI Visibility and MarTech. Together, you support business units across NN's international markets in strengthening their digital marketing capabilities and accelerating growth. You will work closely with local marketing leaders, Group stakeholders, technology teams, procurement partners and external suppliers.
