Founded in 2017, LUX Tennis is one of the leading international sports management companies specialising in tennis, padel and pickleball within the luxury hospitality industry.

Today, the Group operates in more than 45 luxury resorts across over 20 countries worldwide through five legal entities in Spain, Switzerland, Morocco, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. In addition to resort operations, LUX Tennis organises more than 30 LT Star Events each year and is expanding its LUX Tennis Membership Club.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the founders, the Head of Finance will lead the Finance Department and oversee all financial activities across the Group.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational finance, international financial management and strategic business support. You will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of an ambitious and fast-growing international company.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Finance Department across all Group entities.

• Manage revenue collection, invoicing, payments, treasury and cash flow.

• Coordinate external accountants, tax advisors and auditors across multiple countries.

• Prepare monthly financial reporting, budgets, forecasts and KPI dashboards.

• Ensure compliance, financial controls and efficient finance processes.

• Support the Group Holding structure, international expansion and strategic projects.

• Improve finance systems, reporting and automation.

• Oversee the financial administration of the LUX Tennis Membership Club

• Present financial performance and recommendations directly to the founders.

• Supervise a Finance Intern or Junior Finance Assistant as the business grows.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a finance leadership role.

• Experience in an international or multi-entity environment.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Fluent English required. Spanish and/or French would be an advantage.

• Ability to design, manage, and monitor Budgeting frameworks across multiple projects or locations.

• Experience in a senior finance role, preferably within hospitality, sports management, or a service-driven international business.

• Knowledge of financial compliance, internal controls

• Organised, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.

• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
