About the Company / Role:

A leading global manufacturing company is looking for a commercially focused Finance Leader to oversee FP&A, financial planning, and business performance. The role will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth, investment, and operational excellence while leading and developing the finance function.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business strategy, annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership and commercial teams to turn financial insights into actionable business and operational decisions.
• Lead manufacturing finance activities including cost management, profitability, inventory, CAPEX, investment analysis, and operational performance.
• Manage and develop the finance and accounting team while strengthening processes, systems, controls, compliance, and reporting.
• Drive risk management and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, and regional/global stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong finance leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments.
• Proven expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, business planning, management reporting, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic finance partner, influence senior stakeholders, and support commercial decision-making.
• Proven people management experience with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
