Head of FInance Services (Accounting Services) - Hybrid

On behalf of our client, a reputable corporate and financial services provider we are seeking a Head of Finance. Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring efficient operations, high performance, and a collaborative working culture. Oversee daily financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all outputs. Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and performance evaluation to finance team members. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent delivery of high-quality financial services. Execute complex accounting tasks, including reconciliations, consolidations, and financial reporting. Offer financial and strategic advice on business transactions and investment decisions. Drive the implementation and integration of new accounting systems, ensuring team adoption and effective training. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and contribute to overall business planning and decision-making.
