We are partnering with an international organisation seeking a Head of Finance Systems to lead the governance, performance, and operational delivery of a complex finance systems landscape. This is a hands on role requiring a strong blend of Finance Systems expertise, stakeholder management, and team leadership, with significant exposure to Anaplan and enterprise finance platforms.

This position sits at the intersection of Finance and Technology, providing leadership across finance systems, consolidations, reporting, master data governance, and financial close processes. The successful candidate will lead a Finance Systems team, ensuring data integrity, system stability, and the effective operation of key finance platforms whilst driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience leading Finance Systems within a complex organisation
• Strong hands-on experience with Anaplan and finance system environments
• Experience supporting consolidations, financial reporting, and period-end close processes
• Knowledge of ERP, EPM, and Master Data Management solutions
• Strong understanding of data governance, controls, and finance systems best practice
• Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners
