国内外の意思決定者と連携し、中長期の事業計画や収益最大化に向けた財務戦略を主導します。事業成長を財務面から牽引し、経営に近い立場で意思決定に関わることができる役割です。事業を動かす財務戦略に携わりたい方に最適なポジションです。

■ チーム体制とレポートライン👥

日本法人CFOにレポートし、5～6名規模の経理・財務チームのうち2名をマネジメントします。今後はERPの移行も予定されており、組織運営とシステム面の両方で変革に関わることができます。チームマネジメントや業務改善に関心のある方に適した体制です。

💻Responsibilities:

- Manage monthly management accounts and prepare performance reports for senior management.

- Partner with business managers to translate non‑financial data into financial insights that improve cost control and budgeting.

- Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

- Lead core FP&A activities, including planning, forecasting, spending analysis, and reporting.

- Work with business units to project future income and expenses.

- Maintain and improve internal control systems to ensure compliance and reduce risks.

- Review procedures and reports regularly to identify and address potential issues.

📝Qualifications:

- Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).

- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- CPA or equivalent professional finance certification.

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or FP&A Manager.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to lead, supervise, and manage teams.

- Solid analytical skills using BI and reporting tools.

- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

- Ability to lead cross‑functional projects.

- Advanced skills in MS Office, accounting systems, and databases.

💴Salary:

Company will consider candidates up to 20M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
