Apply We usually respond within a week Location: Remote from Europe Reporting to CTO Your Impact Take full architectural accountability for the existing frontend ecosystem across many B2C casino brands. Lead the greenfield frontend development of a brand-new, scalable, and ultra-performant B2B casino platform. Ensure our existing B2C brands remain cutting-edge, secure, and blazing fast while the B2B platform is being built. Set the gold standard for code quality. You will drive architectural decisions, establish best practices, and run rigorous code reviews. Mentor, manage, and inspire a distributed, remote team of 20–25 frontend engineers (including Team Leads and Senior Devs). Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, continuous learning, and psychological safety. Champion the integration of AI. Partner closely with Product, Design, Backend, and DevOps teams to turn complex business requirements into sleek, real-time user experiences. What Makes You a Fit The Core Stack: Exceptional proficiency in JavaScript , React , and modern cloud infrastructure ( AWS ). Sveltekit is a huge plus! You have successfully managed remote frontend teams of 20–25 engineers (ideally through leads). You can talk shop with the best of them. You know how to optimize React applications for low-latency, real-time data updates, and high traffic volume. Strong understanding of how frontend applications deploy and scale within an AWS ecosystem (CloudFront, S3, CI/CD pipelines, etc.). Prior experience in the iGaming/Casino industry is a massive plus.
