Shape the future of Regulatory Affairs in a fast-growing international consumer healthcare company with brands sold in 90 countries Lead a global, multi-layered organization and develop the next generation of regulatory leaders Partner with senior leaders across Scientific Affairs, Commercial, Innovation, Medical, Quality, and Supply to drive business growth Join a high-impact leadership role where you'll build, improve, and scale capabilities, not just maintain them What you'll be doing Define and execute Karo's global regulatory strategy across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, and other consumer healthcare categories Act as a key member of the Scientific Affairs Leadership Team, working closely with leaders across Pharmaceutical Development, R&D, Medical & Clinical Operations, Patient Safety, and Quality Assurance Ensure Regulatory Affairs is a strategic business partner that enables innovation, portfolio growth, market expansion, and speed-to-market Translate complex regulatory requirements into business opportunities and competitive advantage Lead and develop a global Regulatory Affairs organization through a team of experienced leaders, strengthening leadership capability and empowering greater ownership across the function Drive continuous improvement of regulatory processes, governance, and ways of working to increase efficiency and remove bottlenecks Provide strategic regulatory input throughout product development, commercialization, claims strategy, lifecycle management, and market launches Ensure timely submissions, approvals, compliance, and lifecycle activities across global markets and regulatory frameworks Partner closely with Commercial, Innovation, Medical, Quality, and Supply teams to balance compliance requirements with business ambitions Represent Karo externally with regulatory authorities, notified bodies, industry associations, and strategic partners Support portfolio expansion, geographical growth, licensing opportunities, and M&A activities through regulatory expertise and business insight Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field 15+ years of Regulatory Affairs experience, including leadership roles within consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related industries Strong pharmaceutical regulatory experience, complemented by exposure to medical devices and/or cosmetics Proven track record of developing and executing regulatory strategies across multiple markets and regulatory frameworks Experience leading international teams and managing through leaders in a multi-layered organization Strong business acumen with the ability to balance regulatory compliance, commercial objectives, and growth opportunities Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across commercial, scientific, and operational functions A builder's mindset with a passion for developing organizations, improving processes, and driving change Comfortable operating in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where strategic thinking and hands-on execution go hand in hand A collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented leader with strong influencing skills and executive presence At Karo, we're looking for more than a regulatory expert.
