LHH is currently recruiting for a Head of Growth for a permanent opportunity. This is a remote opportunity for candidates living in and authorized to work in the United States. The Head of Growth will lead full-funnel growth strategy and execution across acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue expansion. This leader will own growth performance, manage the growth P&L, build and mentor a high-performing team, and partner closely with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and scale the highest-impact opportunities for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the company’s end-to-end growth strategy across customer acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and expansion.
- Own and manage the growth P&L, including budget planning, forecasting, channel investment, performance targets, and ROI optimization.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth team, including channel owners, marketers, analysts, creative partners, and external agencies as needed.
- Establish clear growth goals, KPIs, reporting rhythms, and accountability across the team to ensure performance against revenue and profitability objectives.
- Identify, test, and scale new growth channels, offers, campaigns, and funnel improvements through a data-driven experimentation framework.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align growth priorities with business objectives and customer needs.
- Analyze funnel performance, customer behavior, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and payback periods to guide investment decisions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve customer acquisition efficiency, lifecycle engagement, revenue growth, and overall business scalability.
- Develop forecasting models and performance dashboards to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Create a culture of continuous testing, learning, accountability, and operational excellence across the growth organization.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, revenue leadership, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or a related function.
- Bachelor’s degree required in marketing or related field.
- Proven experience owning growth strategy and P&L management in a scaling, performance-driven business environment.
- Demonstrated success building, managing, and developing high-performing teams with clear goals, coaching, and accountability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
- Required experience managing and optimizing paid media budgets, including channel strategy, budget allocation, performance analysis, and ROI improvement across scalable growth channels.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, retention, churn, revenue, margin, and payback period.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to present growth performance, forecasts, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Analytics, and Creative teams.
- Comfortable leading in a remote environment, with strong collaboration, prioritization, and operating cadence discipline.

Compensation for this role ranges from $130,000 to $180,000 annually plus a variable percentage bonus.
