Head of Growth — Own full-funnel growth for a leading Polish OTA. Remote (Poland).
We're one of the leading OTAs in Poland, with 18 years in the market, some of the most competitive AI tools in travel, and one of the most popular Polish mobile travel apps.
We're hiring a Head of Growth to push this further — a full-stack growth role with end-to-end ownership of every channel that drives commercial outcomes, and accountability for the number at the bottom of the page.
What You'll Own
→ The full growth P&L for Poland: bookings, revenue, CAC, LTV, contribution margin
→ Every paid and organic acquisition channel — Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, SEO, ASO, affiliates, comparison sites, email, app
→ Brand and PR in Poland, measured by what it does for the funnel
→ Local partnerships and distribution deals: airlines, banks, telcos, media, loyalty programs
→ A team of marketing specialists implementing your strategy
What We're Looking For
→ You've grown a company or brand in Poland — meaningfully, measurably, and recently — with specific numbers to show for it
→ You understand Polish consumers at a level no international hire ever could
→ You think in P&L, not in awareness, and can read a CAC payback curve as fluently as a creative brief
→ You've managed a small team and made them better
