Role Description
The Head of Growth is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and executing the company’s growth strategy across customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. This role will lead experimentation and growth initiatives, including designing and managing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing funnels, and identifying new channels for scalable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data to uncover growth opportunities, collaborating with product and sales teams on go-to-market plans, and building processes to improve user onboarding and customer lifecycle value. The Head of Growth will also develop and mentor a small, cross-functional growth team, set clear targets and KPIs, and report on growth performance to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, with experience designing and running data-driven experiments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Acquisition across multiple channels (paid, organic, partnerships) and funnel optimization.
- Proven track record in Sales and Business Development, including building and managing revenue-generating relationships.
- Experience working in or with SaaS start-ups, preferably in B2B or vertical-specific software.
- Ability to interpret analytics, set growth KPIs, and use tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with experimentation, prioritization, and making decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
