About the Role
Build and lead the go-to-market motion for a healthcare AI and reimbursement platform serving medical device OEMs. This zero-to-one role works closely with the founding team to define the target customer, establish early enterprise relationships, and shape product and commercialization priorities.
What You'll Do
Source medical device OEM prospects and build relationships with market access and reimbursement teams.
Lead discovery conversations to understand OEM workflows, needs, and opportunities.
Define the ideal customer profile and create a repeatable sales playbook.
Manage OEM relationships from initial outreach through contract signing and ongoing partnership.
Attend relevant industry conferences and develop community partnerships.
Research opportunities in procurement, market access intelligence, and reimbursement infrastructure.
Work across teams to translate customer needs into product and commercialization priorities.
What We're Looking For
Two to seven years of relevant experience, including prior employment at a major medical device company.
Experience in health economics and outcomes research, reimbursement, or market access.
Knowledge of the US healthcare system and how reimbursement risk affects device commercialization.
Familiarity with OEM decision-making, budgeting, and commercial workflows.
Experience in endovascular, cardiovascular, or interventional radiology is preferred.
Cross-functional exposure to areas such as market access, reimbursement, supply chain, or research and development.
A commercial and market-access-focused background, with comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work.
Based in the United States. Relocation support is not available.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range is $130,000 to $200,000 annually, plus meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid in New York City, New York, with in-person work as needed and some travel to conferences.
