We are building several AI products under one company and one founding team, and we are looking for one person to build the growth engine across the portfolio.
- This is not a traditional Head of Marketing role.
- We do not want four separate marketing teams running four disconnected playbooks.
- We want one highly technical, AI-native growth leader who can build the system, automate as much of it as possible with AI agents, manage the humans where humans are still necessary, and ultimately own the numbers.
What We Are Building
Our portfolio currently includes:
1. Content provenance infrastructure, B2B
- Infrastructure that proves where digital media came from, whether it was captured by a device, created by a person, or generated by AI.
- The product sits at the intersection of content authenticity, AI transparency, provenance, watermarking and enterprise infrastructure.
2. AI inference infrastructure, B2B
- A developer and enterprise platform providing access to AI inference across models and providers, with a focus on performance, reliability and economics.
- Think developers, AI-native companies, API users and enterprise buyers.
3. Multi-model AI applications, B2C
- A portfolio of consumer AI applications across mobile and web.
- The products share similar underlying capabilities but operate under different brands and in different markets.
- They aggregate multiple AI models for text, research, image, video, audio and other AI workflows.
Different products. Different audiences. One growth infrastructure.
The role
You will build growth from zero across the portfolio and then operate what you build.
You will work across:
- B2B and B2C.
- Paid and organic.
- Outbound and inbound.
- Developer GTM and consumer growth.
- Performance marketing and brand.
- Automation and human-led execution.
- You choose the stack.
- You build the workflows.
- You instrument the funnel.
- You deploy the agents.
- You run the experiments.
- And you report on pipeline, users, retention and revenue, not vanity metrics.
- The reporting chain is short: you work directly with the founders.
What you will own
Growth numbers
Own acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and revenue metrics across the portfolio.
Build the reporting layer and review the numbers with the founders every week.
If the data is unreliable, fixing the data becomes priority number one.
Paid acquisition
Plan, launch, test and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, X and LinkedIn.
Own:
- campaign architecture
- creative testing
- attribution
- pixels and server-side events
- CAC
- ROAS
- conversion rates
- landing-page performance
- budget allocation
You should know when to scale a campaign, when to kill it and what experiment to run next.
AI-native GTM infrastructure
Build autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents that perform real operational work.
This may include agents for:
- account and market research
- lead sourcing
- enrichment
- outbound personalization
- email sequencing
- inbound qualification
- customer onboarding
- support triage
- competitive monitoring
- content production
- SEO/GEO research
- campaign analysis
- reporting
- experiment generation
We are interested in systems built with tools such as Hermes, custom LLM agents, n8n, Make, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot and whatever better tools emerge next.
The specific tool matters less than the result.
Agents should have defined skills, measurable outputs and performance that you continuously evaluate and improve.
SEO, GEO and AEO
Own traditional SEO as well as discovery inside AI-native search and answer engines.
That includes:
- technical SEO
- programmatic SEO where appropriate
- content architecture
- backlinks and authority
- GEO
- AEO
- AI search visibility
- structured data
- landing-page experimentation
- emerging paid distribution opportunities inside generative AI platforms
Lifecycle and retention
Design onboarding and lifecycle communication for every product.
Build and continuously improve:
- activation flows
- onboarding sequences
- lifecycle email
- reactivation
- upgrade journeys
- churn prevention
- referral loops
- retention experiments
The goal is not simply to acquire users. It is to acquire users who stay and generate revenue.
Partnership-led growth
- Build affiliate, referral, creator and influencer programs.
- Recruit partners.
- Design the economics.
- Build the tracking.
- Manage the highest-value relationships.
- Measure incremental revenue rather than collecting partner logos.
Creative and distribution
Direct the creative system across the portfolio.
That includes:
- campaign concepts
- creative briefs
- AI-generated advertising assets
- landing pages
- App Store and Play Store pages
- short-form content
- product demonstrations
- social content
You do not need to personally design every asset, but you need enough taste and technical ability to turn an idea into something testable very quickly.
Social and community
- Define a different social strategy for each brand rather than reposting the same content everywhere.
- Work with our content and community people on execution while owning the strategy, measurement and experimentation.
Analytics
- Build the growth analytics layer properly.
- Pixels.
- Server-side events.
- Attribution.
- UTMs.
- Product analytics.
- CRM data.
- Revenue dashboards.
- Cohorts.
- Funnels.
- Experiment reporting.
- We would rather discover that our attribution is broken on day three than spend three months optimizing against bad data.
Team and external resources
- Manage our existing freelancers, creators, specialists and agencies.
- Hire additional people where human judgment or execution still creates leverage.
- But your first instinct should not be to solve every problem by adding headcount.
The question should often be:
Can software, automation or an AI agent perform 80% of this workflow first?
What you must bring
This role is deliberately hands-on.
You should have personally managed USD 10,000 to USD 100,000+ per month in paid acquisition and be able to explain:
- the budget
- the CAC or ROAS
- the starting point
- what was failing
- what you changed
- what happened afterward
- Put the numbers on your CV.
- We will ask about them.
- You must also have built or operated AI agents and automations that performed real work inside a business.
- Not a weekend demo.
- Not a screenshot of an agent framework.
- Something that replaced manual work, increased output, reduced cost, generated pipeline, served customers, produced content, analyzed data or otherwise created measurable business value.
- You should also have taken at least one product from a standing start to a meaningful audience, pipeline or revenue level and be able to walk us through that journey numerically.
- We are specifically looking for someone with experience on both sides of GTM:
- B2B: outbound, developer marketing, enterprise buyers, lead generation, CRM and pipeline.
- B2C: paid social, creators, consumer funnels, app growth, activation and retention.
- You should be comfortable working directly inside:
- advertising platforms
- CRMs
- enrichment tools
- email automation
- analytics
- landing-page builders
- attribution systems
- AI agent frameworks
- automation platforms
- You build.
- You do not only write briefs for other people to build.
- You should also be comfortable with APIs, webhooks and some code, ideally Python or JavaScript.
- You do not need to be a software engineer.
- But an API should not stop you.
- A webhook should not scare you.
- And waiting two weeks for an engineering ticket should not be your default solution.
Proof Matters
- We will ask for evidence behind major claims.
- Campaign dashboards.
- Growth curves.
- Workflows.
- Agents.
- Landing pages.
- Experiments.
- Revenue numbers.
- Screenshots.
- Anything that demonstrates what you actually built and operated.
Compensation and terms
- Competitive compensation based on experience and location.
- Performance bonus tied to measurable growth targets agreed with the founders.
- Full-time and remote.
- Employment or contractor agreement depending on your country.
- The role begins with a three-month paid trial period, with written 30-day and 90-day objectives agreed before day one.
- The purpose is simple: both sides should know exactly what success looks like.
How to apply
Please do not send only a generic CV.
Send these three things:
1. One growth result you personally drove
- Give us four numbers:
- Budget.
- Starting point.
- Ending point.
- Time period.
- Then explain what you changed.
2. One AI agent or automation you built
- What manual process existed before?
- What did you build?
- What did it produce?
- What changed as a result?
3. Something you shipped
- A campaign.
- A landing page.
- An outbound system.
- An agent workflow.
- A dashboard.
- A lifecycle sequence.
- A growth experiment.
Send us a link, screenshots or a short explanation.
We are looking for someone who thinks like a growth leader, builds like an operator, understands technology, and treats AI as infrastructure rather than a novelty.
If that describes you, we would like to talk.
