Visual Communications Designer & AI Content Creator

We're looking for a highly creative, AI-native Visual Communications Designer & AI Content Creator to join our Communications & Brand Experience team.

This role is ideal for someone who combines visual design, content creation, video production, storytelling, and generative AI expertise to deliver high-impact communications across internal and external channels.

What You'll Do

• Design engaging visual content for corporate communications, employer branding, social media, campaigns, events, and leadership communications.
• Create presentations, infographics, digital assets, videos, motion graphics, and branded communication materials.
• Transform complex business messages into compelling visual stories.
• Produce and edit video content for multiple channels and audiences.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate and enhance design, content, and video production workflows.
• Identify and implement new AI-powered creative solutions that improve speed, quality, and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in visual communication, digital design, content creation, or creative production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand communications, social media campaigns, video production, motion graphics, and storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for design, content, and video creation.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, creativity, business acumen, and a passion for emerging technologies.
