- Partnering with Product and Technology to develop scalable data pipelines and architecture.
- Ensuring marketing data is managed securely, compliantly and ethically.
- Taking accountability for commercial outcomes, value realisation, delivery standards and risk.
What you’ll bring:
- A proven track record of leading and developing high performing analytics teams.
- Expertise in marketing analytics, customer acquisition and full funnel measurement.
- Significant experience working with large datasets, statistical modelling and complex experimentation programmes.
- Strong technical leadership experience in a high spend, multi channel growth or marketing environment.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to work with senior and executive audiences.
- Experience managing strategic technology and data vendors, including contract negotiation.
- Strong change-management capability and experience leading teams through complex transformation.
- A strong commercial mindset, with experience connecting analytical activity to measurable business value.
Technical expertise:
You will have strong technical capability across analytics, data engineering and the modern data ecosystem, including:
- Marketing technology and tracking platforms such as GA4, Adjust and Iterable.
- Deep knowledge of marketing attribution, cost allocation, MMM and incrementality testing.
- SQL and analytical programming languages such as R or Python.
- Modern Data Stack technologies and cloud architecture, specifically AWS and dbt.
- Data pipelines, integrations and enterprise data architecture.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Improve the quality and volume of customer acquisition.

- Build robust full funnel measurement and experimentation capabilities.
- Give senior leaders confidence in the data behind growth decisions.
- Create scalable, reliable connections between MarTech and enterprise data systems.
