Role Description The Head of Information Technology is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing all IT functions and systems across Le Perspective Media. This role manages day-to-day IT operations, including ensuring reliable infrastructure, secure systems, and efficient technology support for the editorial and business teams. The Head of Information Technology will lead IT strategy, evaluate and implement tools and platforms that support digital publishing, and optimize workflows and data management. This position also involves vendor management, budgeting for IT resources, establishing policies and standards, and driving continuous improvement in security, performance, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Information Technology, with broad knowledge of systems, networks, and security best practices.
• Proven experience in IT Management and IT Operations, including team leadership and service delivery in a digital or media environment.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute IT Strategy aligned with organizational goals, including planning for growth and innovation.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure management, such as cloud services, hosting environments, and enterprise tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional setting.
