Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support across hardware, software, SaaS applications, and networking via ticketing, Slack, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and support macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, Google Workspace, Jamf, Azure, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
• Manage device provisioning, MDM, access management, onboarding/offboarding, and employee lifecycle support.
• Resolve escalations, support AV equipment and conference rooms, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain documentation, identify recurring issues, and drive automation and process improvements.
• Help scale IT operations through scripting, workflow automation, and continuous operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of hands-on IT Support experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience supporting macOS, Google Workspace, MDM, Slack, and enterprise SaaS applications.
• Good understanding of identity and access management (SSO, MFA, directory services).
• Experience with basic scripting and automation.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Highly organized, proactive, and committed to solving problems end-to-end while continuously improving processes.
