Establish and review departmental KPIs, SLAs, operational health measures, and service improvement actions. Cloud & Platform Implementation Manage delivery of cloud infrastructure services across Azure, AWS, and related hosting environments in accordance with approved architecture and governance standards. Plan and deliver approved cloud migrations, platform upgrades, infrastructure rationalization, and legacy hosting reduction activities. Ensure cloud and hosting environments meet defined requirements for resilience, security, cost, supportability, documentation, and operational readiness. Manage departmental activities relating to network segmentation, access governance, asset and configuration records, infrastructure baselines, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Maintain evidence and documentation required to demonstrate that assigned infrastructure controls are operating as intended. Identify departmental risks, assess operational impact, define corrective actions, and report significant risks to senior IT leadership.
