LIFT Consulting has joined Sorren! LIFT Consulting is a boutique training and development firm based in Madison, Wisconsin, helping organizations elevate leadership, strengthen sales, and build cultures where people thrive. Our team partners with companies to address critical challenges like employee engagement, succession readiness, and sales growth by providing tailored training, consulting, and coaching solutions.


Role Summary

As Head of Internal Partner Sales, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, serving as the connective tissue between Sorren's expansive partner network and LIFT's transformative services. You'll build genuine, lasting relationships with partners and leaders across the country, uncovering cross-selling opportunities and positioning LIFT Services and LIFT Factor as indispensable solutions for Sorren clients.

This is a road-warrior role with real purpose. You'll travel to partner offices, lead educational events, co-facilitate prospect meetings, and guide potential clients through every stage of LIFT's consultation, evaluation, recommendation, and transformation process, from first introduction all the way to signed contract. Your work directly fuels the pipeline that powers LIFT's mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Sorren-affiliated partners, leaders, and offices nationwide
  • Travel to partner offices and conduct educational events throughout the country (up to 50% travel)
  • Attend Sorren trade shows, industry conferences, and partner events to deepen engagement and visibility
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to introduce LIFT Services and LIFT Factor to Sorren clients
  • Collaborate with Sorren partners to develop mutually beneficial target prospect lists
  • Co-lead prospect meetings alongside Sorren partners to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Shepherd prospects through LIFT's full sales process, from initial lead through consultation, evaluation, recommendation, and transformation
  • Support prospect evaluations in a consultative capacity as needed
  • Coordinate seamless handoffs of signed client contracts to the Account Management team
  • Build external relationships and sell to external prospects beyond the Sorren network as business needs arise

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong technology skills with the traditional Microsoft suite of products (Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience selling (minimum 2 years)

Compensation

Target base salary range of $100,000 - $150,000, plus commission and bonus structure. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Discretionary incentive compensation is based on firm, group, and individual performance.
