HEAD OF INVESTOR RELATIONS


Position purpose


Finora Bank is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to build strong investor relationships, attract new investors and support the Bank’s capital growth objectives. You will manage the investor pipeline, develop targeted outreach and communicate Finora’s strategy and investment proposition clearly and convincingly.


What will you be doing?


  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective investors and existing shareholders to strengthen engagement and long-term support.
  • Developing targeted investor outreach campaigns and turning interest into meaningful discussions and investor commitments.
  • Engaging potential investors throughout the investment process, with particular focus on advancing discussions towards committed capital.
  • Managing the investor CRM and pipeline, tracking interactions, feedback and next steps to improve conversion and maintain momentum.
  • Preparing and coordinating investor meetings, conferences, follow-ups and correspondence.
  • Creating high-quality investor presentations, financial materials and tailored briefing packs.
  • Translating Finora’s strategy, financial performance and growth ambitions into a clear and compelling investment narrative.
  • Working closely with senior leadership, finance, legal and other internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent investor communication.
  • Providing insights into investor expectations, market trends, competitor activity and shareholder sentiment.
  • Coordinating with legal and finance teams to ensure investor communications and activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Acting as the primary contact for the investment community and responding to investor enquiries professionally and transparently.


What do we expect from you?


  • Relevant experience in investor relations, capital raising, investment banking, corporate finance or a similar field.
  • A track record of building investor relationships and advancing investment discussions towards commitments.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, investment propositions and capital markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and persuasively.
  • A structured and proactive approach to managing investor pipelines, follow-ups and multiple priorities.
  • Confidence in working with senior executives, shareholders and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and sound professional judgement.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
