How you'll make an impact:
Why Work for Us?
Here's what you'll do:
Core IT Operations Management (Day-to-Day)
Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for all global staff, contractors, and consultants, making sure equipment and access are provisioned and removed cleanly and on time.
Hardware & Asset Management: Manage procurement, inventory lifecycle, distribution, and maintenance of all corporate hardware.
Network Operations: Design, manage, and maintain networking, Wi-Fi, and connectivity infrastructure across office locations.
Identity & Access Management: Own the corporate identity platform, access controls, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication. Implement access standards in partnership with the Head of Security.
Endpoint Management: Architect, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune device policies, compliance baselines, and application deployment for a fully cloud-first environment.
SaaS & Vendor Management: Manage the corporate SaaS portfolio and vendor relationships, including licensing, billing, renewals, new vendor onboarding, selection, and cost optimization.
Corporate Systems & Integrations: Work with RevOps, Data, and Platform teams to understand technical requirements for corporate system integrations, and own the architecture of those integrations.
AI Tooling: Lead the rollout and administration of AI tools across the business. Make sure adoption follows acceptable use policies set with the Head of Security.
Technology Compliance & Audit Leadership
Audit Leadership: Lead SOC 2 compliance audits, finance-related IT audits, and third-party partner reviews from start to finish. Coordinate with the Head of Security and the VP of Engineering so each team's controls, evidence, and remediation are ready on time.
Continuous Compliance Partnership: Work with the Head of Security and the VP of Engineering to build a shared, year-round compliance rhythm, with clear control owners, regular check-ins, and no last-minute scrambles.
High-Stakes Partner Audits: Act as the primary point of contact for rigorous partner audits (e.g., Amazon) and integration compliance programs (QuickBooks, Google, Xero). Bring in security and engineering expertise where needed.
Control Ownership & Evidence: Design, operate, and monitor IT general controls. Coordinate evidence collection across Security, Engineering, and other teams so it's always current and ready on demand.
Compliance Program Management: Own the compliance calendar and track control gaps and remediation across teams. Work with each team's leaders to keep commitments on track.
Policy Management: Draft, implement, and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures with the Head of Security, the VP of Engineering, People & Culture, and the SLT.
Stakeholder Reporting: Report compliance status, audit outcomes, and risks clearly to executives, auditors, and partners.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with the Head of Security to make sure IT systems, endpoints, and identity controls meet security requirements.
Support security questionnaires and customer due diligence with IT and compliance evidence.
Support company-wide security awareness by making sure training completion and related controls are tracked for audit.
Here's what you'll bring:
5+ years leading IT operations, ideally in a scaling SaaS or tech organization operating across multiple jurisdictions.
People leadership experience and a growth mindset, with the ability to manage and develop technical specialists.
Accountable leadership of a SOC 2 (or equivalent) compliance program, including audit prep, control design, evidence management, and remediation. You'll need a track record of driving compliance through strong partnerships with security and engineering leaders, plus the credibility to represent the program to auditors, partners, and executives.
Experience leading partner or platform compliance reviews (e.g., marketplace or integration partner audits).
Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and SSO/MFA in a cloud-first environment.
Strong SaaS portfolio, vendor, and budget management.
Proven stakeholder management at senior leadership level, with the ability to translate technical and compliance risk into business terms.
