Head of Marketing

We are looking for a hands-on, AI-native and commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead Youwe’s marketing strategy, execution, team and pipeline contribution. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will build a trigger-based account-based marketing motion, automate repeatable workflows through AI agents and align Marketing and Sales around the same target accounts and commercial goals. You will lead a compact multidisciplinary team while remaining closely involved in the work. What We Offer A high-impact leadership role with direct ownership of Youwe’s marketing strategy, operating model and pipeline contribution The opportunity to build an AI-native marketing function and shape how Weave supports scalable commercial growth A close partnership with senior commercial leaders, BDRs and a multidisciplinary team of marketing and AI specialists An international, supportive work environment with autonomy, room to experiment and opportunities to grow Key Responsibilities Build and scale Youwe’s trigger-based account-based marketing strategy, including target accounts, commercial triggers and activation sequences Own Marketing’s contribution to qualified pipeline and align Marketing, Sales and BDRs around shared targets and reporting Design AI-agent workflows for content production, campaign setup, lead enrichment, CRM hygiene and trigger monitoring Work with the Machine Learning Engineer to deploy and optimize agents on Weave, Youwe’s AI orchestration platform Manage channel performance across LinkedIn, Google Ads, organic search and emerging AI-search platforms Strengthen Youwe’s market positioning through thought leadership, customer cases, white papers and the Weave AI narrative Own events and curated roundtables as measurable pipeline channels across the Netherlands and the UK Lead and coach the marketing team, creating focus, accountability and close collaboration with Sales 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including meaningful experience in complex, long-cycle services or technology Proven hands-on experience building and running account-based marketing programs Experience using AI tools and automations in marketing workflows A strong commercial mindset, with experience being accountable for qualified pipeline and conversion Strong knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform Experience leading a small team while remaining personally involved in execution A collaborative, data-driven approach and the ability to work closely with Sales Experience in digital services, e-commerce, AI or the UK market is a plus Benefits Office lunches, snacks & drinks Youwe Academy & a learning budget Flexible hours & hybrid work options 4 weeks remote work per year from anywhere Loyalty days: extra vacation after 3 & 6 years Bike plan: 40% discount on commuting products Gym/Sports subscription: 40% discount for your gym or sports facility under the Bedrijfsfitness Nederland network About Youwe Youwe is a full-service Digital Agency with over 25 years of delivering value to clients, and a diverse network of over 200 experts.
