Head of Marketing / Growth

We are an early-stage startup about to launch Conferro, a verified marketplace connecting aspiring students and visa applicants directly with vetted immigration and education consultants. We are looking for a growth-obsessed marketing leader to own our launch and take us from zero to scale.

📌 Please note: This is an hourly, contract-based engagement to start, not a permanent role yet. It is ideal if you are a freelancer, consultant, or open to a flexible project-based commitment. Strong performance can lead to a longer-term or full-time role as we grow.

This is not a brand-management role. This is for someone who lives in the numbers, has launched products before, and knows how to turn ad spend into loyal, retained users.

What you will own:

• The go-to-market and launch strategy for our app.
• User acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple/Google app stores, targeting 18–35 year-olds in Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Philippines, and beyond.
• CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention. You will own the funnel from end to end.
• ASO and organic/content growth to lower our blended CAC.
• Laying the marketing foundation as we scale.

You are a fit if you have:

✅ 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a startup.

✅ Proven app-launch and user-acquisition experience (you have done 0 to 1).

✅ Hands-on mastery of paid ads and mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Firebase).

✅ Fluency in CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPI, and cohort/retention analysis.

✅ A bias for experimentation, speed, and getting your hands dirty.

✅ Bonus: Experience marketing in South Asia or MENA regions, understanding the visa/education consulting space, or launching apps targeting young aspirational audiences.
