We’re looking for an inspiring Head of Marketing to drive business growth in Kazakhstan. You’ll shape impactful brand and category strategies, build and lead a high-performing team and collaborate with local, regional and global stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Key responsibilites Develop and execute brand & category strategies aligned with global direction. Lead end-to-end marketing activities across Online & Offline channels (campaigns, media, activations, sponsorships, influencer marketing, etc.). Own the full marketing strategy, including category prioritization, P&L management and product pipeline contributions. Shape local brand positioning and value proposition. Build a strong organizational structure to identify growth opportunities across Brand, Performance, CRM, SEO/GEO and Consumer Research. Leverage data and insights to evaluate performance and shape future strategies. Inspire, develop and lead a high-performing marketing team. What makes you the perfect fit? Proven track record in marketing leadership roles with a strategic and commercial mindset. 3+ years of experience in the full marketing mix (Brand, Performance, CRM, SEO/GEO), preferably in E-commerce, Retail, IT or Telecom. Deep understanding of global and local market trends and marketing best practices. Experience in matrix or complex environments with the ability to navigate ambiguity. Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High ownership, resilience and a “can-do” attitude. Exceptional leadership skills and experience in building, motivating and managing teams. Fluent English is a must.
