What will your role involve?

Department Strategy and Management

✨ Co-creating and implementing a long-term marketing strategy for the global market;

✨ Maximizing the marketing funnel and generating sales potential (with a particular focus on the US market);

✨ Managing the marketing team: setting goals, KPIs, and priorities, ensuring development and employee engagement;

✨ Comprehensive management of key areas: ABM, Performance, Content, Product Marketing, SEO/GEO, PR & Brand, and Event Management;

✨ Defining the ideal customer profile (ICP), brand positioning, core values ​​(USP), and use cases;

✨ Managing change and implementing innovations, AI tools, and process automation in daily marketing activities;

✨ Coordinating and developing collaboration with key partners;

✨ Close, proactive collaboration with Sales, SDR & Outbound, Product, and R&D departments to ensure business synergies.

Budget and Analytics

✨ Planning, monitoring, and optimizing the marketing budget to maximize ROI;

✨ Monitoring trends, analyzing the market, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities;

✨ Advanced marketing analytics, reporting results, and presenting strategic recommendations directly to the CMO and the Board.

This role could be for you if:

✔ You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position (Head of Marketing / Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead) in a SaaS/B2B tech environment, in a product-based company;

✔ You have at least a C1 level of English, both written and spoken;

✔ You have experience working with CRM (preferably HubSpot);

✔ You have a proven track record of marketing success (pipeline, lead, brand growth, campaign ROI).

You will also receive additional points if you:

✨ Have a communicative command of German;

✨ Have a higher education degree;

✨ Have current industry certifications (Google, LinkedIn);

✨ Have DIMAQ or CIM certification.

For this role, we offer:

📍Work mode: on-site or hybrid in one of our offices (Warsaw, Krakow, Sopot, Poznań, Bielsko-Biała, Katowice) or remotely.
