Overview

We are looking for a senior mobile engineering leader to drive front‑end architecture and design system strategy. This role blends hands‑on technical depth with leadership, guiding teams across iOS, Android, and cross‑platform frameworks while building a scalable global design system.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain mobile architecture ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Lead the development of a global design system, leveraging automation and AI‑native approaches.
• Mentor and grow the mobile engineering community, fostering collaboration and best practices.
• Partner with product and design teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Drive performance optimization, testing, and code quality across platforms.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in mobile development (iOS, Android).
• Strong expertise in cross‑platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native).
• Proven experience building and scaling design systems.
• Deep knowledge of mobile architectural patterns and API integration.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud and mobile DevOps practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
