Role Objective

AtlasBrands is seeking an autonomous, highly experienced Head of Multi-Channel Media Buying to operate as a self-directed "silo" and take complete end-to-end ownership of building and scaling all non-Meta paid acquisition channels across our portfolio of brands.

Because Google will drive the majority of our non-Meta ad spend, this role requires deep technical expertise in Google Ads (Search keyword bidding, Shopping, PMax, YouTube). Additionally, you will drive media buying across complementary scaling channels including TikTok, AppLovin, Snapchat, and other emerging platforms.

Stepping into a Meta-first environment, you will be responsible for setting up these platforms from ground zero (rather than inheriting already-scaling accounts), establishing account architecture, and executing bidding and optimization strategies without requiring hands-on oversight or managing a team.

Initially, you will analyze Meta Ad Manager data and collaborate with our Head of Performance Creative to repurpose top-performing Meta concepts across new channels. As these non-Meta platforms reach scale, you will expand your strategy to create platform-native content tailored to maximize performance on each specific channel.

What You’ll Do

  • Autonomous Multi-Channel Ownership: Lead end-to-end execution, campaign architecture, keyword bidding, and budget allocation across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube), TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Snapchat, and other emerging channels as a completely self-directed operator.
  • Zero-to-One Platform Setup & Scaling: Build, launch, and scale non-Meta ad platforms completely from scratch ($0 to $10,000+/day in ad spend) across multiple portfolio brands without inheriting legacy setups or relying on existing scaling budgets.
  • Feed & Technical Google Mastery: Own Google Merchant Center, product feed optimization, granular keyword strategies, bidding structures, and pixel/server-side tracking integrity.
  • Cross-Platform Creative Workflow:
    • Phase 1: Read and analyze Meta Ad Manager data to identify winning concepts and partner with the Head of Performance Creative to repurpose high-performing Meta assets across non-Meta channels.
    • Phase 2 (At Scale): Transition to briefing and building dedicated, platform-native creative content (e.g., Spark Ads, high-converting YouTube video) to unlock next-level performance.
  • Cross-Channel Attribution & Profitability: Track multi-touch attribution, blended ROAS, and post-purchase survey data to guide spend decisions and maintain strict unit economics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven Zero-to-One Scale: Track record of taking non-Meta ad channels from $0 to $10,000+/day in profitable ad spend for DTC brands in a Meta-first environment.
  • Multi-Brand Agency Background: Proven experience simultaneously managing and scaling media buying across 4+ DTC brands at once, ideally within a fast-paced agency or portfolio setting.
  • Deep Google & Multi-Platform Technical Mastery: Superior technical capability in Google Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube Ads, and Google Merchant Center, combined with hands-on media buying experience in TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Snapchat, and other growth channels.
  • Meta Data Literacy & Creative Repurposing: Strong capability using Meta Ad Manager backend data to evaluate top creative concepts and translate them effectively onto search and alternative social platforms.
  • Autonomous Operating Style: Demonstrated ability to act as a sole owner and silo—running campaign setup, execution, optimization, and scaling independently without requiring day-to-day oversight or managing a direct team.
  • Direct-Response & Tracking Focus: Uncompromising focus on bottom-line profitability, MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), first-purchase break-even metrics, GA4, and server-side tracking setups.

Working Hours & Culture

  • Role Timeline: Full-time contract leadership hire.
  • Async-First: Global, remote-first team setup requiring core daily overlap with US EST business hours for team syncs and cross-functional alignment.
  • Compensation: $10,000 to $14,000 per month + performance bonus, scaling based on proven track record and spend management experience.
