Head of Music Royalties & Artist Acquisition

We are looking for a Head of Music Royalties & Artist Acquisition to manage and develop a project in the music industry.

The main focus of the role is to find and attract artists and bands, build and develop relationships with them, and manage ongoing cooperation.

Responsibilities:

• Find and contact artists, bands, managers and independent labels;
• Build and maintain relationships with artists and music industry partners;
• Present cooperation opportunities and discuss potential partnerships;
• Collect necessary information and materials from artists;
• Coordinate and manage cooperation with artists;
• Continuously expand the network of artists and industry partners;
• Manage the day-to-day development of the project.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience or good knowledge of the music industry;
• Understanding of artists, streaming platforms and music royalties;
• Ability to independently find and approach artists;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong English language skills;
• Proactive, independent and results-oriented;
• Experience in A&R, artist management, record labels, music distribution, publishing or music rights is an advantage.

Work format: Remote or office-based.

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based compensation, depending on experience.
