Head of Network Infrastructure & Operations

We are Proxy-Seller, a European product IT company offering proxy services for automation, parsing, marketing, and cybersecurity.

We’re now expanding our Product Infrastructure & IT Services department and looking for an experienced Head of Network Infrastructure & Operations who will own the full lifecycle of our proxy products from market research and solution selection to integration, quality control, monitoring, and operational support.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Owning the strategic vision and roadmap for our proxy infrastructure (IPv4/IPv6, ISP, mobile and residential proxies, servers, networks)

• Leading and developing a team of 4 specialists (Procurement Managers, Assistant Procurement Manager, Technical Coordinator)

• Financial planning: budgeting for the department, cost optimization, and profitability control

• Vendor management: negotiations, building long‑term partnerships, ensuring SLAs are met

• Driving operational excellence: building processes, SOPs, and documentation (Jira/ClickUp/Confluence)

• Overseeing compliance and abuse management within the network infrastructure context

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience leading a team of 3–5+ people in IT product, operations, or a related area

• Strong understanding of proxy services, IP addressing, server and network infrastructure

• Proven track record in financial planning (cost, ROI, budgeting)

• Solid vendor negotiation skills and experience building long‑term partnerships

• Hands-on experience with Jira/ClickUp, Confluence and CRM systems

• Understanding of compliance and abuse management in proxy/hosting/VPN or similar services

• English at B1–B2 level

It would be a plus:

• Experience in proxy, hosting, VPN, data centers or similar infrastructure businesses

• Experience building analytical reports on infrastructure profitability

• Hands on experience with AI automation of routine tasks
