Role Description The Head of Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing Coffydoor’s end-to-end operational processes. This role manages day-to-day activities across supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, and customer service to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of products. The Head of Operations collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan inventory, streamline workflows, and implement process improvements. Responsibilities include tracking operational KPIs, managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and policies. The role also involves leading and developing the operations team, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to scalable growth in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and supply chain coordination.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting data, monitoring KPIs, and making data-driven decisions.
• Proven Team Management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and service providers.
• Solid Budgeting skills, including cost control, resource allocation, and financial planning.
• Experience in e-commerce, subscription services, or consumer goods operations is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
